Will you be doing track and field in the spring? Hopefully I will get to help Mrs. Fjermestad with some of the practices and see you train.

I prefer long-distance running myself, but I do appreciate and admire those who excel at short-distance sprinting. Do you participate in any other track and field events?

I like the picture and how you told us where you got it from. Next time you might want to explain why you like track and feild and put the writing in a black bold colour because it is sort of hard to see white.

I know this has been said but please change the font color to black or any color of your choice. I think you should add why you like it and also you could explain why you are inspired to continue
