Theory of Plate Tectonics
The defintion of plate tectonics is that it covers the crust and it interacts through the system. All of the plates are moving in different directions and they are moving at different speeds (2cm-10cm) per year. Most of them have a relationship to each-other. The plates move around like cars, studies say that Plate Tectonics are the most important part of the theory. The plate tectonics have 7 plates. The 7 plates are called: African plate, Antarctic plate, Eurasia plate, Indo-Australian plate, North American plate, Pacific plate, and South American plate.
